Who We Are
Where Ohana Shapes Everyday Care
Ohana Excellence has served families in Corona, California, since 2023, welcoming seniors who need daily support but still want to live somewhere that feels like home. Every resident is known by name, not by room number, and care plans are built around their own habits, preferences, and pace of the day.
The name Ohana comes from the idea that family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. That idea shapes how our team approaches every part of the day, from morning routines to medication schedules to who sits where at dinner. Caregivers are chosen for their patience and genuine interest in senior care, and residents are treated with the same dignity and warmth as one of their own family.

Manitou Home and Crown Ranch Home are intimate six-bedroom residences in Corona, created for seniors who want personalized support in a setting that feels comfortable, familiar, and genuinely residential. Each home offers private rooms alongside welcoming shared spaces where residents can relax, gather, and enjoy daily life together.
Families are welcome to explore both homes and connect with our team to find the right next step.
Across both homes, resident rooms are approximately 230 square feet and include Wi-Fi, a TV, essential furnishings, and access to an ADA-compliant bathroom. Thoughtful layouts support wheelchairs, walkers, and changing mobility needs while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.
